Refund policy

We hope you love your millie products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If something doesn't work for you, please contact hello@milliebeauty.com within 30 days of your purchase so we can best assist you. We are happy to work with you and find the best solution if you wish to make a return.

You will be responsible for shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise. In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned with their original packaging. If an item is returned in different packaging, you will be responsible for any extra charges, which will not be refunded. You will also be responsible if the returned product does not make it back to us.

Please make sure to record your tracking number, because we cannot issue a refund/store credit until our team confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. Once we receive your return, we will send you your refund or store credit (minus original shipping) to you. Please note that refunds take 7-10 days to show up on most bank statements.

Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on milliebeauty.com are final sale.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT

If your product is damaged, was never delivered, or is not what you ordered please reach out to our team within 5 business days of when the package was delivered. Contact hello@milliebeauty.com for assistance.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@milliebeauty.com.
