Shipping policy

We know you are so excited to receive your products and you don't want to wait forever for your package to arrive. We will ship your products as fast as possible, usually within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and sales). You will receive notifications regarding your delivery status all along the way.

We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The reason is that we pass the items off to a third party logistical carrier, that being USPS, UPS, or DHL. USPS, UPS, and DHL are separate businesses. Although we wish we could, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, and we rely on these other companies. As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.

For international orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This ensures your package can clear customs without additional payment upon delivery, no surprise fees at the door. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (DHL, UPS, or other international partners), transit timelines are outside of our control. Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than estimated during holidays, customs inspections, or high-volume periods. We kindly ask for your patience as international delivery can take additional time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with their country’s import regulations. Refused or returned packages due to unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or failure to comply with import regulations are not eligible for refunds on shipping fees and may be subject to additional return fees.

Packages returned to sender or undeliverable by USPS, DHL, UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded (minus original shipping) once received and processed. Please note that refunds take 7-10 days to show up on most bank statements. 

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe they were delivered to one of these locations.
