After cleansing, apply a generous layer of oil or serum to skin for smooth gliding. Squeeze the cup to expel air, place it on the skin, and release to create suction. Glide gently in continuous movements over one area at a time, then squeeze again to reduce suction and release. Adjust suction as needed by squeezing closer to the base for stronger suction.
Be gentle, use a skin lubricant, and keep the cups moving at all times. Do not leave cups in one area for more than a second or two. Avoid sensitive areas, active acne, inflamed areas, broken capillaries, botox, and fillers. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for internal use.
